Granulator for Rubber Accelerator Masterbatch I. After the materials of the rubber accelerator masterbatch are internally mixed, they can be forced into the single screw. The single screw disperses the materials throughout its length, and there is no excessive frictional heat. It has an excellent dispersion effect, with a low current of the main machine, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly. This machine is used for the production of plastic raw materials such as PVC, rubber accelerator masterbatch granulator, low-smoke and halogen-free cable compounds, inner and outer shielding cable compounds, chlorinated polyethylene, functional masterbatches, heat shrinkable materials, PP + carbon black low-smoke and halogen-free series, etc. The rubber sulfur masterbatch granulator can conveniently add a metering feeder for the separating agent, solving the major problem of particle sticking. It is also equipped with a separating agent dust recovery system, which can maintain a good production environment. The rubber accelerator masterbatch granulator includes the main machine, tapered twin-screw forced feeding, and hot cutting on the die surface of the rubber accelerator masterbatch granulator. The raw materials well mixed by the internal mixer are extruded into the granulator through the tapered twin-screw, and then are extruded by the single screw and cut into particles. A blowing-type stainless steel hot cutting cover is used, and the materials are sent to the cyclone separator through a stainless steel pipeline by a low-noise fan. After passing through the two-stage cyclone separator, the materials reach the vibrating screen. The vibrating screen is used to screen out the agglomerated and powdered materials. After obtaining the finished products, the materials are directly sent to the packaging silo by the fan, and the materials are completely cooled, thus completing the entire production process operation. CPVC cable material granulator

Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is a new type of engineering plastic produced by chlorination modification of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin. Commonly known as perchloroethylene, abbreviated as CPVC, this product is a white or light yellow, odorless, non-toxic loose particle or powder. After chlorination, the irregularity and polarity of the molecular chain arrangement of PVC resin increase, leading to an increase in the solubility and chemical stability of the resin, thereby improving the material's heat resistance and corrosion resistance to acids, alkalis, salts, oxidants, etc. Improved the mechanical properties of the resin's thermal deformation temperature. Therefore, CPVC is a new type of engineering plastic with broad application prospects. Polymer compounds are obtained by chlorinating polyvinyl chloride. According to the degree of polymerization, high viscosity, medium viscosity, and low viscosity types can be produced. High viscosity type has good resistance to counterfeiting, chemical corrosion, and elasticity. Low viscosity type is more soluble in vegetable oils. Powdered polyvinyl chloride is prepared by swelling with an appropriate solvent and conducting aqueous suspension chlorination at temperatures below 50 ℃. According to the degree of polymerization, it can be made into high viscosity, medium viscosity, and low viscosity types. High viscosity type has good resistance to counterfeiting, chemical corrosion, and elasticity. Low viscosity type is more soluble in vegetable oils. Used for producing corrosion-resistant paints, adhesives, and synthetic fibers.
