CPE Cable Compound Granulator

The CPE cable compound granulator has excellent dispersion effect, low main machine current, and is energy-saving and environmentally friendly. This machine is used for the production of plastic raw materials such as PVC, CPE cable compound granulator, low-smoke and halogen-free cable compound, internal and external shielding cable compound, chlorinated polyethylene, functional masterbatch, heat shrinkable material, PP + carbon black low-smoke and halogen-free series, etc. The rubber sulfur masterbatch granulator can easily add a metering feeder for the separating agent, solving the major problem of particle sticking. It is also equipped with a separating agent dust recovery system, which can maintain a good production environment.

The die-face hot cutting and other systems of the CPE cable compound granulator extrude the raw materials mixed well in the internal mixer into the granulator through a conical twin-screw extruder. Then, the materials are extruded by a single-screw extruder and cut into granules. The counter-blow type stainless steel hot cutting cover and a low-noise fan are used to transport the materials through a stainless steel pipeline to a cyclone separator. After passing through a two-stage cyclone separator, the materials reach a vibrating screen. The vibrating screen screens out the sticky and powdery materials. After obtaining the finished products, the materials are directly sent to the packaging silo by a fan, and the materials are thoroughly cooled. The entire production process is completed.
