Process flow:

Put the materials required for production into the mixer, and the materials are mixed by the rotor of the mixer, pressurized, and shaped inside the mixer. Through the action of the rotor and pressure, the material is densely condensed into a ball shape, and the mixed material is flipped into the elevator. It is then sent to the cone double feeder through the elevator, and uniformly fed into the single screw through the cone double feeder. The material of the equipment is stably extruded by the single screw, and during the extrusion process, the plastic is fed into the barrel through the feeding screw. The equipment continuously advances under the thrust of the rotating screw, Gradually move towards the homogenization section starting from the preheating section; The plastic of the device is pushed into the machine head; The material flow reaches the machine head, passes through the annular gap between the mold core and the mold sleeve, and extrudes the sheet from the mold sleeve mouth (the thickness of the mold can be adjusted according to customer needs). The sheet enters three rollers for shaping, cooling, and leveling, and is cooled by the cooling guide roller bracket. The product size is determined by the product size timer and cut, and the cut product is packaged. The production process of this equipment is completed.

The silicone sheet extruder can be produced according to customer needs, with a thickness of 0.2mm-25mm and a width of 50mm-2500mm for various types of boards and sheets. The screw is designed with special mixing function and high plasticizing ability, in order to melt the plastic and increase the extrusion amount with uniform color. The clothing return mold head adopts a special double flow control design, making the thickness adjustment of the board more convenient. Temperature control at ± 1 ℃ can control the plasticization process and the thickness and flatness of the board. The roller forming and pressing machine adopts a horizontal or vertical type, which can freely lift and lower to provide more selectivity in the operation of thick and thin plates, improving the quality of the plates. The thickness control of the equipment's sheet metal adopts screw adjustment and hydraulic pressure wheel bi-directional adjustment to control the thickness of the sheet metal. The straight diameter of the pressure roller is 350mm, and a dual circuit cooling system is used to control the temperature of the pressure roller in conjunction with the mold temperature to ensure uniform thickness of the sheet metal.
