The project is managed by the Coal-toil and Chemical Command, which closely cooperates with the Infrastructure Company, the Energy Engineering Company Supervision Company and other units to complete the construction of the project. This main pipeline project involves the construction of multiple systems, including the fire water system, the circulating water system, the rainwater system, etc., and the project is scheduled be completed by the end of May 2025.
